THE EPISCOPAL ORDINATION OF BP. LEO DALMAO IN BASILAN

 The installation of Bp. Leo Dalmao, CMF as the Bishop Prelate of the Prelature of Isabela de Basilan on May 24, 2019, was another chance to revisit the island of Basilan.  Before he became a bishop, Bp. Dalmao was previously assigned at the Novitiate House of the Claretians in Ormoc City, Leyte where I was also assigned as parish priest of the Sts. Peter & Paul Parish, Ormoc City at the time.
