FLUSHING MEADOWS RESORT, PANGLAO ISLAND, BOHOL

Had the opportunity to check-in in one of the most exclusive deluxe resort in Panglao, Bohol, the Flushing Meadows Resort and Playground when the Visayas Canon Law Society had its Regional Meeting hosted by the bishop of Tagbilaran. It is situated along the pristine beaches of Brgy. Dao, Dauis, Panglao Island, Bohol. From the balcony, it has a breathtaking view of the infinity pool with the Mindanao Sea and the Pamilacan Island where the famous dolphins are both seen and enjoyed as background. Named after the place where the U.S. Tennis Open is played, the resort comes complete with a tennis court and the rooms and suites named after famous tennis players. The bar and restaurant is aptly called Aces and Champions. The food was always elegantly presented. Indeed, for once we got to taste the good life. The owner being a good friend of the bishop and the priests gave a very generous discount hence we were able to have to regional meeting there. Always preferring the sea than the pool, got the chance to go snorkeling.
