Got the chance to visit some churches in La Union when Abp. Marlo Peralta invited me to his golden sacerdotal anniversary in Vigan. Since his anniversary was on a Monday, I decided to leave on the weekend so that I could visit some churches in La Union and Ilocos Sur along the way. Was able to visit seven towns and their churches in La Union which were along the way to San Fernando in La Union where I stayed overnight at the Bishop’s residence. These were the towns of Rosario, Sto. Tomas, Agoo, Tubao, Aringay, Caba and San Fernando.
